Our live chat team is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Jakarta time (GMT+7). On weekends and public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi, and other national holidays), our live chat is closed, but you can submit a support request and we will respond the next business day.
Response times during business hours are typically within subject to verification. If you contact us outside chat hours, your message is queued and will receive a response within 24 hours. For urgent account security issues (such as suspected unauthorized access), you may also email support with proof of your identity, and we will prioritize your case immediately.
To request permanent deletion of your account and personal data, contact our support team via live chat or email and request a "data-deletion request." You must provide your registered email address and username. If your account has an outstanding balance, you must withdraw those funds before deletion. Once your balance is zero, we will close your account and delete your personal information within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain by law (typically 7 years for anti-money-laundering and regulatory compliance).
Deleted accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to use karya4d again in the future, you must register with a new email and username. Data deletion is final and irreversible.
Payments and transactions
karya4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. We cover all transaction costs on our end. However, your payment provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank for e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment transfers) may charge you a fee for specific transaction types—this is between you and your bank or e-wallet provider, not karya4d.
For example, if you deposit via e-wallet scan-and-pay, your e-wallet provider may charge a small admin fee; this amount does not reach karya4d. Withdrawal times depend on your bank or e-wallet provider. Most e-wallet withdrawals settle within subject to verification. Bank transfers typically settle within 1–4 business hours on weekdays, but may take longer during holidays or banking downtime. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing.
Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method. For e-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), the minimum deposit is typically our welcome offer and the maximum per transaction is our welcome offer. For direct bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), the minimum is our welcome offer and maximum per transaction is our welcome offer.
There are no daily account preferences, so you may deposit multiple times per day if you wish. Your identity must be verified before you can deposit; this is a one-time requirement. After verification, all future deposits process instantly. Our weekly cashback is a percentage refund on net losses during a calendar week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Jakarta time). Cashback applies to sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports markets. The percentage and eligibility terms are displayed in your account's Promotions tab. Cashback is calculated automatically each Monday and credited to your account as a bonus balance, distinct from your main balance.
Bonus balances from cashback have a 3x playthrough requirement before withdrawal. For example, if you receive our welcome offer cashback, you must wager our welcome offer across any game type before that bonus is convertible to cash. Game categories
Live-dealer tables on karya4d (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) are hosted in multi-camera studios and streamed to your screen in real time. You see the dealer shuffle, deal, and settle the result. Each hand or spin is a new round. These games use certified random-number generators (RNG) for card dealing and wheel spins, and outcomes are independent of previous rounds.
Slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) are software-based games with spinning reels or tile mechanics. Each spin is also RNG-driven and independent. Slots have a published return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which is the long-term statistical payout. Live-dealer tables also have a published RTP. Both game types are fair; the difference is gameplay style. Live-dealer tables offer interaction with a real dealer, while slots offer faster rounds and different mechanics.
